SoShe as an employee benefit offers:
Pregnancy Box + Post-Birth BoxBoxes are fun, early touch-points with SoShe and can be co-branded to show your support of new families. SoShe’s boxes go beyond the “vanity” items in other boxes. Think must-have items from experienced moms and insider-finds suggested by doulas and other maternal health experts.
Dedicated, Virtual 1-1 Doula & Lactation SupportYour employees get a dedicated Doula / Coach as their personal, go-to resource to complement the care of their provider. We provide a recommended schedule of prenatal and post-birth sessions and topics, and are there for the in-between moments as well. We also offer 1-1 sessions with a lactation consultant. These sessions are all partner-inclusive, so new parents can learn, prepare, and troubleshoot together!
Care & Benefits NavigationCoaches are trained on your family benefits and health plan, so coaches can share what's offered and new families make the most of what you've worked so hard to create. SoShe also offers tips on navigating insurance throughout pregnancy and beyond (e.g., when and how to order a breast pump, and hitting deadlines to add a newborn to a health plan post birth).
Trustworthy, Curated Educational ContentInternet research leads to overwhelming and potentially risky misinformation. SoShe created a research-based “curriculum” to educate new parents. Families learn how to take ownership of their care and have productive dialog with their providers. Topics include healthy pregnancy, childbirth prep, newborn care, safety, & feeding, postpartum self-care, return-to-work tips, and more.
Timelines, Checklists, & Planning ToolsThe to-do list for new parents is both unclear and overwhelming. We created a scheduled series of manageable lists, planning tools, and guided tasks to help busy parents feel a sense of calm and control during a huge life transition. Think first-, second-, and third-trimester checklists, baby's first 30 days, symptom checkers, a birth plan builder, and more.
Online Community & Group Sessions With ExpertsTopical webinars, moderated online discussion, and live Q&A with experts covering nutrition, newborn care & sleep, nursing, mental health, birth skills, postpartum healing, return-to-work, and more give your employees ever more touch points with experts, plus an opportunity to learn from and connect with other parents.
